For more than a decade, James Sande has been a quiet but steady presence at ArtGlo, supporting the organisation’s daily work with humility, dedication, and care. Since 1 February 2015, he has faithfully served as the organisation’s Office Assistant, growing alongside ArtGlo through seasons of expansion and key milestones. His role, though often carried out behind the scenes, has been essential in ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly.
Calm, humble, and consistently dependable, Mr Sande is known across the organisation for his gentle nature and his ability to relate well with everyone. Over the years, he has built strong relationships with colleagues, helping to foster a spirit of unity and teamwork within ArtGlo. In recognition of his dedication and positive spirit, he was voted Employee of the Year 2025 by the ArtGlo team. The award reflects not only his commitment to his responsibilities but also the respect and kindness he shows to others.
When asked about the secret behind his long service and recognition, he humbly shared:
“I believe in treating everyone well and maintaining good relationships. That is what has helped me reach this point.”
